The repair itself looks better than what Jeep did when they built it! (I know - who looks at an axle repair?) I'm that guy: and must say that your work speaks volumes that you care about your customers. When I bought this Jeep last year (it had 100K miles on it then!) I just thought the rear end was loud... but now thanks to you, it's a quiet as a mouse! I definitely notice the difference in the way it drives too; I'm not feeling the 'drag' that was there before.

When I dropped my Jeep off Tuesday night, your lot was full - I thought to myself 'Either they're really slow, or they're really good.' I couldn't help but notice the VA State Trooper car among all the others, which lead me to think, well they must be good if the State trusts them with their cars! Now I know that I made the best decision I could have when I sent you my email requesting a quote.
